TRUSTEES MINISTRY

The Trustees Ministry provides stewardship, financial oversight, operations and property maintenance for the church. The mission is to be faithful stewards of God’s household while following the will of God and the pastor’s vision. COFT Trustees responsibilities include: Being an advisor to the pastor; weekly expense monitoring and tracking; - financial functions:

counting and banking funds; data tracking; annual budgeting; annual contribution statements; property and building maintenance; payroll; human resource functions; contracts; fundraising; operations; investments. In line with the vision of COFT the Trustees Ministry seeks to set an example for financial accountability, stability, principled and ethical operations and prosperity of the church. In line with the mission of COFT, the Trustees Ministry wants to help develop members; equipping them with the financial and operational resources which allows them freedom to focus on executing the mission of the church and doing the will of God.
